ASCE and CSM are dedicated to hosting an event that has the best interests of our guests front of mind. We are committed to holding an event where everyone feels safe. All ASCE Earth and Space 2022 participants will be required to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-191 or provide a qualifying religious or medical exemption2, as well as adhere to all venue, hotel, local & state recommended guidelines, including CDC recommended guidelines, . Attendees who do not provide documentation will not be admitted. We will provide updates on the third party vendor we will be using to validate proof of vaccination.
1 To be considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you must have cleared the two-week waiting period after receiving your second dose of a two-dose vaccine (or two weeks after receiving a one-shot vaccine). This means you will need to have your last vaccine administered no later than April 11, 2022.
2All individuals claiming a religious or medical exemption must provide documentation of a negative PCR or antigen test taken 72 hours prior to arrival.
