Establishing a Sponsorship

To establish a sponsorship, please visit the website at the following address: https://sponsor.csmspace.com

Please complete your sponsorship at least three weeks prior to the program start date to ensure that your sponsorship is appropriately acknowledged in printed materials.

Complimentary Registrations

Some sponsorship levels include complimentary registrations. These registrations include full admission to the Conference, and attendance to the meal/social event, and the Conference Proceedings.

Platinum Contributor – $8,000

Choose from three exclusive sponsorships:

• Opening Reception (Tuesday) – Sponsor provides introduction at event
• Awards Luncheon (Wednesday) – Sponsor provides introduction at event
• Student Paper Competition (Thursday) – Sponsor presents award to winners of competition

Platinum Contributors receive:

1. Two complimentary full conference registrations
2. Full page ad/professional listing in printed conference program
3. Podium Recognition at Plenary Sessions
4. Display table in break/social area
5. Company logo/link on the conference website
6. Company flier included in the registration packets (company provides fliers)

Gold Contributor – $4,000

Choose from two exclusive sponsorships:

• Conference Bags – logo and company name on all conference bags (bags provided by sponsor)
• Conference Lanyards – logo and company name on all conference lanyards (lanyards provided by sponsor)

Gold Contributors receive:

1. One complimentary full conference registration
2. Half page ad/professional listing in printed conference program

Bronze Contributor – $1,000

• Morning Coffee Break – 3 sponsorships available
• Afternoon Refreshment Break – 3 sponsorships available

Copper Contributor – $500
