Parking Information
Parking regulations are strictly enforced on the Colorado School of Mines campus. All visitors to campus are required to pay for parking in all locations. Payment is made using the parking payment stations that can be found in the parking lots or by cell phone (see below). The stations accept payment in cash and by credit card. On-street parking may be available. Payment for on-street parking must be made using the payment stations in the parking lots. Please note that some parking areas are restricted/reserved and are not available for use by campus visitors.
You are advised that the Continuing and Professional Education Services office cannot be responsible for payment of parking tickets issued.

Payment by SmartPhone
Mines offers Passport Parking as a pay-by-phone option for all visitors. A small fee is charged by Passport Parking to use this service. To pay, point your internet browser to https://ppprk.com/park/ or download the Passport Parking application (https://passportparking.com) to your mobile phone. You will be prompted to create an account and to add your vehicle information to your account. Once your account is established, you must enter the four digit zone number for the lot in which you parked. Zone numbers are located on the yellow and black Passport Parking signs in each lot. At any time, if your visit is unexpectedly extended, you can extend the amount of time needed to continue parking in the lot. For assistance, please contact the Parking Department at 303.273.3100.
Parking Permit with Online Payment
If you would like to purchase daily parking permits online, go to https://mines.t2hosted.com/cmn/auth_ext.aspx and select Guest Login and create an account. Then select Get Permits. Select either a temporary commuter permit or a temporary general permit based on whether you will be parking in a commuter or general lot. (Please see map for parking lot designations.) Then you will be able to select the days needed and add the license plate number of the vehicle you will be driving to campus and pay for multiple days all at once.
