Innovation Tech Lead: Learn and practice the fundamentals of effective leadership, including theoretical frameworks, psychology of leadership, influencing executives, and leading effective teams. This short-course series will provide opportunities for reflection and collaboration on leadership-based topics and experiences and will develop your understanding and skills for any leadership needs you will face in the future.

 , each two weeks in length. Included in the short-courses are lessons on real world applications and historical case studies, reflective exercises corresponding to case studies and your current experiences, and interactive sessions between classmates, employers, and the professor. These short-courses are meant to directly integrate with your current working role, providing the opportunity to develop truly relevant and immediately applicable skills.
