SPRUCE HALL
Spruce Hall is Colorado School of Mines’ newest residence hall! Single, and double occupancy rooms in a traditional-style (i.e., shared, communal restrooms) setting will be an option for housing. Spruce Hall provides all-gender, communal restrooms located on every floor. All restrooms feature a bay of shared sinks with single-stall showers and toilets, made private with gap-free, no sightline partitions and doors. Spruce Hall also provides community kitchens, social lounges, and study areas located on each floor. Room and Bathroom Amenities
With each room reservation individuals will be provided with linen packs. These will contain two flat sheets, pillowcase, blanket, bath towel, hand towel and washcloth. Mattress pads and pillows are provided with your reserved rooms. There are gender neutral restrooms on each floor along with a kitchen/common area with a fridge, microwave, oven, and stove. The front desk be staffed daily from 4-10 pm with staff on-call outside of those hours for any concerns or lockouts. There are also washers and dryers available on the lower level, but we do not provide detergent.
Note: Please make sure to bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc.) as they will not be provided.
Room Description
Photographs of the sapce are below, however please disregard the bed height. The beds will be lofted at a normal sitting height. There is closet space along with a desk, dresser, and bedside table.
