Welcome ChemEd 2025 Exhibitors!
Exhibit Area Facilities
Each exhibitor’s area will have the following:
- Reserved area measuring approximately 10 feet by 10 feet
- One skirted table
- Two chairs
- Pipe and drape (sides 3′ x 8′; backdrop 10′ x 8′); exhibitors can use their own pop-ups and backdrops
- Electricity (120 VAC 60Hz); exhibitors must supply their own extension cords and plug strips
- Internet access (may be Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet depending upon area location)

Exhibitor Fees and Registration
Registration for exhibitor space is open now. Due to space being extremely limited, applications will be accepted in the order received.
- Exhibitor registration: $1,000 USD
Each Exhibitor registration includes the following:
- Two booth staff members
- Attendance to any Plenaries and Technical Sessions
Exhibitor registration does not include admittance to special activities.
There is no additional fee for the two booth staff members, and the exhibitor registration form only allows for two.
If you have questions about having more than two staff members for your booth, please contact Learn@mines.edu.
Registration is available only through the online registration form linked below with payment via credit or debit card.
Exhibit booth registrations cannot be canceled.
There are no refunds for actual exhibit space contribution, but the names of booth staff can be updated if a written notice is emailed to Learn@mines.edu, or exhibitors can return to the exhibitor portal after registering to make any changes to their booth staff members.
Booth staff substitutions may be made without cost penalty at any time up to Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
Schedule (Tentative)
Each exhibitor will be expected to conform to the following schedule:
- Set-up: Sunday, July 20 from 1:00pm – 5:00pm
- Exhibition: Monday, July 21 from 8:00am – 5:00pm Tuesday, July 22 from 8:00am – 3:00pm
- Tear-down: Tuesday, July 22 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm

Please mark all packages “HOLD FOR ChemEd2025 CONFERENCE July 20 – 24, 2025”.
Due to limited storage space, please ship materials for arrival between July 14 – 17, 2025.
Security
Each exhibitor shall be responsible for providing security for their possessions present in their designated area. Neither Colorado School of Mines, the event organizers, nor the Continuing and Professional Education Services can be held responsible for theft of or damage to a exhibitor’s possessions. Exhibitors are encouraged not to leave their area unattended and/or to remove their possessions from the area during periods when the area is unattended.
Return of Exhibit Materials
If exhibit material is to be return shipped, it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide ChemEd the carrier of choice and return documents be placed on packages.
We will arrange for properly packaged and marked materials with return documents to be returned directly after the conclusion of the Conference.
