Projected ChemEd 2025 Registration Fees 

Registration includes attendance at socials, sessions, workshops, and plenaries for all five days, July 20-24, 2025. Lodging is not included.

Additional fees may be required for add-ons such as lodging/lunches, T-shirts, Mole run registration, the Mole Day breakfast, and tours.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION • March 1, 2025 through May 12, 2025

• Early-bird registration — $375 (USD)

REGULAR REGISTRATION • May 12, 2025 through June 20, 2025

• Regular registration — $475 (USD)

LATE OR ON-SITE REGISTRATION • June 21, 2025 through July 20, 2025

• Late or On-Site registration — $575 (USD)

GUEST REGISTRATION (child/adult, covers attendance at socials)

• Guest registration — $150 (USD) 

Cancellation and Attendee Substitution Policy

Any modification, including cancellation, of your registration requires written notice must be emailed (Learn@mines.edu) to the Conference and Event Services (CES) office. The following information applies:

• Attendee substitutions may be made without cost penalty at any time up to the date of the start of the event.
• Cancellations will be accepted if notice of cancellation is received at the CES office at least five (5) working days prior to the date of the start of the event. Registrants who cancel within this period will be charged a $50 service fee.
• No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to cancel within the specified cancellation period.

Additional Campus Housing policy

• Cancellations accepted until June 20, 2025.
• Cancellation fee: 10% of total accommodation fee.
• No refunds for cancellations after June 20, 2025.

The sponsor reserves the right to cancel the event and return all registration fees. The cancellation policy for campus housing is different than the event policy and is stated on the accommodations form.
